Tosca has researched and written a new book, The Eat-Clean Stripped Book to go along with her other books in The Eat-Clean Diet book franchise, and has sold millions of copies worldwide. We made Tosca's Scallops a la Plancha with Sauteed Asparagus and Peppers. Loved the cumin, and turmeric. We also fell in love with her recipe for County Club Watercress and Grilled Chicken Salad with Putting Green Dressing. What's Putting Green Dressing? That's exactly what we wanted to know. Tosca has us blending shallots, garlic, basil, anchovy paste, yogurt cheese, and lemon. Delicious as a lunch, salad, or light dinner. We loved it!
