Here's the scoop on our fabulous guest, Anthony Wilkinson, who plays Anthony in My Big Fat Gay Italian Wedding! Anthony is a graduate of NYU's College of Arts and Sciences, We are huge fans of ABC Daytime Soap Opera, One Life To Live, and that's where Anthony began his career as an intern! Over the fourteen years he was given many promotions and we are proud to report, he earned four Directors Guild of America awards, and three Daytime Emmy's.

In 2003, the original My Big Gay Italian Wedding started, in The Actors Playhouse in New York City with a six week showing! It moved to Theatre Four. Anthony starred in, and wrote another musical, Boys Just Wanna Have Fun, which found great success at The Actors Playhouse.
Anthony reports that he realized he wanted to return to My Big Gay Italian Wedding with the original script, revising, transforming, and creating it into a bigger, better, and more explosive show than before. This realization came about with Anthony's active support of gay rights.
The premier of his recreated play, opened September 2009 at the historic St. George Theatre in Staten Island, New York. This was to be a one night only benefit to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Research. With thunderous applause, the show returned to the off-Broadway stage...with Anthony once again reprising his original role!

Live from Tweeting: We just learned that One Life to Live star Ilene Kristen is putting on her wedding best and returning to My Big Gay Italian Wedding for another series of dates. You can see Kristen My Big Gay Italian Wedding at the St. Luke Theatre April 16 and 30. If you can’t make one of those performances, Kristen will also be appearing on May 7, 14, 21, 27 and 28.
